Very good diagnosis, but not a cheap place to go. But definitely they know what they are doing. Also very good customer service. Highly recommend their diagnosis, but repair was bit expensive to me.

Brendan at the front is absolutely phenomenal. He explained exactly what was recommended and precisely what work was done to the point I had no questions or after thought. I’d come here for this experience alone. He needs a raise haha.

Very disappointed with Hi-Tech. Just two hours after they performed a safety inspection and changed my brakes, multiple warning lights appeared on my dashboard and were on and off for days after. A few days later, all four tires seemed to lose pressure at the same time, the tires were fine but the TPS light was still on. They insisted it was weather-related and had nothing to do with the work they had done. I’ve been driving in Winnipeg’s weather for 15 years and have never experienced anything like this with any car. It’s hard to believe it’s a “weather problem” when it happened immediately after they worked on my vehicle. To make matters worse, I had to pay extra for them to clear a code that I believe they caused in the first place. They are expensive in comparison with other shops too. I was fooled by the five-stars but definitely believe the one-star reviews!

Highly recommend! Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff. I’ve been their customer since 2018 and not intended to use any other automotive shops’ services other than Hi-Tech Auto.I do however have a little request/suggestion to Matthew & Brendan, it would be very desirable to have the carbon buildup cleaning by walnut blasting service available at the shop😁
