I have used Napa several times over the last few years. Everyone I have interacted with has always been very polite and ready to explain the details of the kinds of work they are doing. Today I dropped off my car for a tire puncture and oil change. They made it easy and convenient to drop-off and pick-up my vehicle. Brendan helped me at the time of pick-up and was super friendly. He also gave me a recommendation for upcoming maintenance in a way that wasn't pressuring and genuinely informative. You pay a little extra at Napa as compared to some other places, but I would honestly say its worth the peace of mind!
