I have taken a few vehicles to Hi-Tech Auto over the past few months and I have been very happy with the service. I have not always had positive experiences with auto shops as I have felt that they have, at times, taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but that was not my experience here. Hi-Tech went over and above to explain things to me and did not try to up sell me on repairs, but let me know what work may required in the future. I brought in my car for service prior to a road trip and brought in two used vehicles that we were considering buying, which helped us confidently buy one. I spoke with both Jeff and Brandon multiple times and they were very helpful and great to work with.
