As a new customer who was interested in having a used vehicle looked at, safetied and made road-ready, I felt really lucky to have found this place. Matt was knowledgable and helpful, and I found him to be extremely genuine and honest in his assessment of the cost and value of my vehicle, and the things that I should keep an eye on and plan to address in the future. Matt kept me updated on their progress frequently, and the service was always friendly and personable. Also, I was back on the road much sooner than I expected! I have waited for the winter to come to an end, and postponed writing this review, to evaluate the winter tires I got from Hi-Tech. I bought 4 tires and 4 wheels. I will not say that I was looking for something cheap, but wanted for good quality and good price. Now that the regular tires will be installed soon, I have proven that the deal made with Hi-Tech was the best choice. Thank you guys for the best service ever.
