It is the first time for me to use the services of HI-TECH Automotive (not the last time for sure). I have dealt with many car service centers in Winnipeg in the past 3 years, none has given me the brilliant experience I have had today. I only wanted to check on my car as I bought it 2 months ago and needed some advice on maintenance and professional point of view on some problems the car has. I am lucky to have Lars and Matt helping me today. Not only did they help me with all my concerns about my vehicle, but went above and beyond to give thorough information about other issues I kept asking about. Car Service is 95 +++ stars Customer Service is 100 +++ stars Thank you guys, looking forward for my next service.

I recently had a repair done to my 2015 BMW earlier this year due to the manufactures warranty expiring. I was very surprised at the cost of parts and service provided by this shop. The service experience was very professional with cost of parts & repairs reasonably priced, a good change from the typical (just a number) dealer service hustle. I have recently re-visited the shop for some other work and was treated with the same service experience. A big thanks goes out to Matthew the service manager and staff of Hi-Tech Automotive.
