My experience at Hi-Tech automotive was excellent. I am so impressed by their professionalism and customer interactions. I brought in my car for a season tire change and decided to have my car serviced as well. I was informed I had to get an oil change, fix my shock absorber and my air filter. I was communicating with Matt and he was so helpful and patient with me as I was bothered about the cost of all the services during this crisis. He kept reassuring me and made me aware of all changes that was made. Definitely my go to auto shop ❤️

I recently had my BMW serviced at Hi-Tech Automotive. Matt was incredibly professional, kind, and provided detailed information all the way through. Prices were absolutely fair, my car issues were addressed, diagnosed (this is a huge point, other shops couldn't figure it out), and fixed in a timely fashion. I have zero complaints and highly recommend this place of business for car repairs, the whole process from start to finish was impeccable!! Hi-Tech Automotive is terrific. It is impeccably clean, the staff are highly trained and courteous, they provide reasonable, practical estimates (I own an older car), you can trust them and they do a great job. It is important to be able to trust when you are not a trained mechanic and out of your comfort zone. Matt and his staff will make you comfortable knowing you, and your car are being well cared for. They exceeded my expectations.
