My first time visiting an automotive shop without my husband, which made me nervous (he normally takes care of vehicle things). These guys were great and helped me understand the repairs required. They even took the time to explain it to my husband over the phone since he was away for work. Made the whole thing transform from a nervous experience to an educational and comfortable one! The best part was that they emailed me pictures so I could see the before and after!! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Honest and great customer service.

The service adviser at Hi Tech Auto was very helpful. I had my Honda vehicle in for repair, it was under warranty and Laurissa was most helpful as she was a liaison between the Honda Dealer and Hi-Tech. I found her to be very polite and extremely helpful with my car issues. I want to give them 2 thumbs up for the great work!!!!
